Echo JS 0.11.0

Definitely a good thing to see, will likely need a bit of maturity before it's more common.  But great to see in order to reach better parity with Deno and Bun.

Agreed that it's early but I wonder what this means for Deno and Bun. I know they do more but I think the primary benefit is that it get's rid of a typescript build step to run ts files.
