Echo JS 0.11.0

IIRC, io.js uses Semantic Versioning (semver.org), so they bump the version number whenever they make breaking changes, not necessarily "major" ones.

And check its [TLS memory footprint](https://github.com/iojs/io.js/pull/1529) improvement.

I don't see the big feature set that'd justify the major version bump but I'm thankful for everything they've done!
