I've been thinking the animation feature would be really handy for doing tutorials, or render terminal sessions recorded with the 'script' command.

I changed the link to point to the GitHub repository.

The link that was posted redirects to a blogspot subdomain, not sure what happened?

This is fantastic! Ever since I discovered jsLinux or more recently jor1k, I have been hoping for a complete x86 emulator in order to be able to run DOS.

According to the author, this project will be open-sourced once it'll be more polished and documented.

In this case, the news title was only "Quick Editor", and by clicking the link, there is no description at all, neither on the page or on the repository. Makes it difficult to know what is the intended purpose, it looks like it's only a small snippet of HTML with a textarea?
