In an ideal world, it would be nice to have a better way to detect dupes using string similarity both on titles and URLs. The current mechanism actually only matches exact URLs.

For info, this period is currently set to 15 minutes, it could be increased a little bit if required. However, I believe it should remain relatively short to prevent abuses :)
