I ended up using apidoc, which was almost exactly was I was looking for : a really simple tool reading some annotations in my code and generating some html documentation.

I agree with the first 3 points.

I think the 4th one is less of a priority for now, but it will probably be a good idea as soon as people will start posting source code in comments.
