Echo JS 0.11.0

This was really something that I needed and had been looking for, but having to download an extension for it really put me off for some reason. After I registered, it made me just go 'meh'.

only glanced through it, but was hoping for something more along the lines of "eloquent ruby". this looks nice, but it just isn't what I was looking for.

I prefer just using Anvil for this.

I wish there was a demo with example output. Would be swell.
