Saw a link on http://www.nodecloud.org/ a while back.

I agree with the 2nd comment - I think the fundamental question is: Does the creator of EchoJS want it to be a platform for discussion?

As it stands, the current design marginalizes discussion by having the link to comments sitting all the way at the end of the second row dedicated to supplementary information.

Agreed. This is the a great resource to find what's fresh in JS.
